Enrolment instructions

1. Go to coowarraoshc.hubworks.com.au

2. Click on enrol and complete the enrolment form. It is important that you complete all details including emergency contacts and medical information. Incomplete enrolments will not be accepted. The immunisation statement from Medicare will need to be uploaded.

3. You will receive an email confirming your enrolment.

4. You will receive log in details for Hubworks. You will need to log in to update any details when required.

Fees

The fees are reviewed annually and set by the management committee. The current fees are:

        Vacation care $43.00                (Additional costs apply for incursions and excursions)

Non-Notifcation of Absence 

Should a parent/guardian not advise the centre of a child’s absence by 9:30am on a booked day, a fine will be payable as set by Management. If a parent contacts the service after 9:30am, the child will be marked as absent and the non-notification fee will be applied.

Late Pick-up Fee 

Coowarra OOSH closes at 6:30pm sharp (6:00 in vacation care). The penalty fee for collecting a child after the specified closing time is $10 for the first 10 minutes and $1 for each minute after the first 10 minutes.

Yearly Administration Fee 

An administration fee of $10 per child or $20 per family is payable with each enrolment and annually thereafter. This is payable on confirmation of enrolment and covers the cost of all the administration for your account for the year.
